ALLEN COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION - MEETING NOTICE
The Allen County Redevelopment Commission's regular meeting for April 2020 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 21st at 9:00 a.m. in Room 030, Citizens Square, 200 East Berry Street. An agenda will be posted on the Allen County Department of Planning Services website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The City of Fort Wayne now has Downtown Design Standards that may affect your proposal. The manual has requirements and recommendations on new developments, building additions, fa?ade renovations, signage, fencing, and parking. It is often beneficial to discuss your plans with staff members prior to filing any applications or permits.
